These terms govern use of the RCM Wire website, its articles, newsletter and available advertising services. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. About RCM Wire
RCM Wire publishes India-focused information and analysis about revenue cycle management, medical billing and coding, employers, technology and industry developments. Features, publication schedules, prices and availability may change. Some newsletter, job-listing and paid advertising features may not yet be active.
2. Editorial content and accuracy
Our articles are provided for general information, education and industry discussion. We may use automated tools to monitor public sources or assist in preparing content, and we aim to attribute source materials and distinguish publication dates from underlying event dates. Despite our editorial checks, content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Readers should verify material facts with original sources before making decisions. 3. No professional advice
RCM Wire does not provide medical, legal, tax, financial, employment, coding-compliance or payer-contracting advice for your particular situation. Articles are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for reviewing current official payer and regulatory requirements.
4. Careers and third-party services
Job-related material, employer references and external links are for information only. Unless expressly stated, RCM Wire is not the employer, recruiter or operator of a linked job site, and we do not guarantee vacancies, interviews, employment, salary, employer conduct or the accuracy of external listings. When you follow an external link, that provider's own terms and privacy policy apply.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to an available newsletter, you agree to receive the publication and related administrative messages at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional mail using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may pause or discontinue email delivery, and we do not guarantee a particular send time or uninterrupted delivery.
6. Advertising and sponsorship
Advertising placements are subject to availability, editorial and creative review, and any specific written booking terms. Submitting a creative or completing checkout does not guarantee immediate publication or a fixed number of impressions, clicks, leads or conversions. We may decline misleading, unlawful or unsuitable advertising. When a paid booking is rejected, we will arrange an appropriate refund or other resolution consistent with the booking terms and applicable law.
Advertisers are responsible for having rights to their logos, claims, images and destination pages, and for ensuring their material complies with applicable law. Monthly packages, if enabled, may renew until cancelled according to the checkout and payment-provider terms. A purchase does not entitle an advertiser to influence editorial coverage. 7. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may read, share links to and quote brief portions of our content with appropriate attribution, subject to applicable copyright exceptions. Except as permitted by law or with our written consent, you may not republish substantial articles, copy the website at scale, scrape it in a manner that degrades service, remove attribution, impersonate RCM Wire, interfere with site security, or use the service for unlawful activity. Site branding, design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
8. Availability and liability
